Aura Beauty was enjoying steady organic traffic but faced severe issues with cart abandonment and unoptimized retargeting spend. Their social media ad accounts were disorganized, leading to overlapping audiences and wasted budget.


The Solution

We designed a multi-step dynamic retargeting funnel. By breaking down audiences based on "days since last cart add" and shifting the messaging from educational (top funnel) to urgency/discount-driven (bottom funnel), we stopped the budget bleed. We also incorporated video creatives showcasing product application, which skyrocketed their click-through rates.
